About me

Trainer • Relocator • Realtor

What drives me is to help people navigate change, achieve their goals, and connect meaningfully with others. My motto "learning to bridge borders" reflects my mission: supporting individuals in overcoming their own limits while fostering understanding across cultures and communities.

My Background

Ever since I can remember, I've been fascinated by languages, cultures, and the ways people connect. This curiosity led me to study English Studies and Psychology for my Bachelor's, followed by a Master's in Applied Linguistics with a focus on intercultural communication and psycholinguistics at the University of Bonn. Along the way, I discovered how much I enjoy helping people communicate, understand each other, and feel at home - whether in a new country or a new house.

To turn this passion into professional expertise, I completed several intercultural workshops, the two-year Certificate of Intercultural Competence program at the University of Bonn, and a six-month training with assist International HR, becoming a certified Intercultural Business Trainer/Moderator (IBT/M), accredited by the German Association for Intercultural Training Quality e.V. (dgikt).

Coming from a family background in real estate, I also pursued a real estate broker's license pursuant to section 34c of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO), giving me another way to help people find a place where they truly belong.

What I Do

Today, I work as a freelance trainer, relocation consultant and real estate agent, supporting clients from diverse backgrounds in achieving their goals. My work often sits at the crossroads of professional and personal transitions, where cultural understanding, communication, and practical guidance are equally important. What I love most is that my work allows me to combine my professional expertise with my passions every day - and truly bridge borders.

How I Work

I work at the intersection of change, culture, and decision-making, where familiar reference points no longer apply and clients often feel overwhelmed or insecure. My role is to provide structure, perspective, and guidance, helping clients move from uncertainty to clarity and confidence, while navigating both personal and professional transitions.

My approach is both empathetic and analytical, combining cultural insight, linguistic precision, and practical experience. I ask clear questions, address challenges openly, and support informed decision-making - always with respect for individual backgrounds, goals, and constraints. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions; instead I develop tailored approaches that are both realistic and sustainable for each individual client, ensuring that guidance is practical, actionable, and culturally aware.

Your First Friend Abroad

For my relocation clients in particular, I see myself as their first friend abroad: someone who offers both guidance and a reliable sense of connection. At the same time, I am honest about potential cultural missteps and gently point out when clients are navigating an intercultural faux pas, helping them grow while feeling supported every step of the way.

My Values

I highly value appreciative and respectful relationships. Friendliness, openness, honesty, and trust guide my work - both with clients and within professional collaborations. And if we can have some fun together along the way, all the better.

Languages I Speak

I speak German and English at a native level and work fluently in both languages. In my free time, I enjoy learning new languages and hope to offer my services in additional languages soon.

Global Experience

In addition to working across multiple fields in Germany, I’ve had the privilege to live and study in Singapore, teach English in Taiwan, and spend extended periods in Indonesia conducting research.

My Network

I collaborate closely with trainers and coaches from diverse fields, including communication, change management, and systemic coaching. When needed, I connect my clients with experts who can further support their goals.
